S01 E01: Jaimee Edwards, Cornersmith

In this episode we hear from Jaimee Edwards, a fabulous fermenter, food educator, author and part of Sydney food community Cornersmith. She is passionate about the politics of food and the pleasures of eating and her first cookbook, Use it All, co-authored with Alex Elliott-Howrey, is available now.
