As part of the Master of Sustainability at USyd I am completing a Capstone research project on the impacts of COVID-19 on Australian food systems, with a focus on resilience and fair food. My research aims to develop a deeper understanding of how the pandemic has highlighted underlying issues, and to identify barriers to change. You can find me on LinkedIn.
